The innovative nature of this prosthesis means that it is not yet available on free circulation to all surgeons and patients.

Whilst ethical committee consent is not required, it is recommended that the patient should understand the novelty of this implant and the reasons for proposing its use in their case.

Bradley Indications

Allthough long term success with this implant has still to be proven, it is almost inevitable that use of a conventional metal prosthesis in younger patients would result in revision at some time in the future. The early results with this prosthesis suggests real hope for the long term success, based upon short term observations and the apparent confirmation of design objectives.
